The Real Madrid ace played a key role in helping Brazil reach the knockout stages of the 2024 Copa America, scoring twice as they topped their group. However, he was suspended for the quarter-final and watched from the stands as they lost to Uruguay on penalties. Just under a week from that loss, where he blamed himself for the defeat, Vinicius has flown out to the Balearic island to celebrate his birthday.
